A lot of rain

      
Heavy rain caused flash floods in many areas yesterday afternoon.  Weather reports claim that there was over 105 mm of rain in the hour from 2pm -3pm.  It was far worse in Taichung where 1 man was left stranded on a sand bar and had to wait for firefighters to rescue him.  Another man is still missing.
